Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that is found in our blood. It helps to build healthy cells in the body but excess of it can increase the risk of heart diseases. High level of cholesterol can lead to the development of fatty deposits in your blood vessels, which in turn, makes it difficult for the blood to flow through the arteries. These deposits make suddenly erupt and form a clot causing stroke and heart attack.
