Growth hormone are also known as Human Growth Hormone or Somatotropin. They are
responsible for stimulating the growth of all the tissues in the body including bone. These play a major role in physical growth of children and are secreted by the anterior pituitary cells which on daily basis, release one-two milligrams of the hormone.
