Graves’ Disease is a disorder of the immune system that leads to the overproduction of the thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism). Though most of the disorders turn into hyperthyroidism but Graves’ disease can be a common cause. Signs and symptoms may vary as thyroid hormones affect various parts of the body.
The Graves’ disease needs to be treated promptly to avoid any complications including the heart complications.
